Hey Victor! We totally agree with everything you wrote above. We LOVE pull-ups and encourage all women to get to the point where they can at least do a few — not only because pull-ups are so good for the body, but because many women will realize how empowering strength feels when they get their first (then second, third, and tenth!) pull-up.

As to your second point, right on!
