Hey Jase! Thanks for reading and for your input. We know that cyclists work hard! (The first time I went mountain biking, I was totally filled with respect for the cycling community!). In the context of this post, we meant leisurely cycling/biking — nice and relaxed, easy pace. That kind of cycling is phenomenal for encouraging blood flow and helping the body recover from other tough workouts, like HIIT or heavy weightlifting.
